JEFF LUCKEY

(born in Atlanta, USA, 1973) lives and works in Berlin, Germany. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Photography from the University of Georgia (USA) in 1997, a Master Class Certificate in Photography from Bard College (USA) in 2002 (under Professor Stephen Shore), and a Master's Degree in Advanced Photographic Studies from ICP-Bard College (USA) in 2005.

His work has been exhibited in various institutions, including MASS MoCA, North Adams, MA (USA); ASU Art Museum, Tempe, AZ (USA); Cité Internationale des Arts, Paris (France); Nabit Art Gallery, University of the South, Sewanee, TN (USA); Athens Institute for Contemporary Art, Athens, GA (USA); and the Asheville Art Museum, Asheville, NC (USA).

Film & video screenings have taken place at Museu Nacional de História Natural e da Ciência, Lisbon (Portugal); The Museum of Modern Art, New York, NY (USA); Site Gallery, Sheffield (England); Kino Babylon Mitte, Berlin (Germany); Center for Contemporary Arts, Santa Fe, NM (USA); Art Palace at the Cairo Cultural Center, Cairo (Egypt); Ausstellungsraum Klingental, Basel (Switzerland); Dublin Electronic Arts Festival (Ireland); and Banff Center for the Arts, New Media Institute (Canada).
